Warranty

Rights granted/rights reserved
PCPA provides the information to the user solely for the purposes of that user. The user may download information onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. The information may not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to, publication, reproduction, or transmission without the express written permission of PCPA.
Website
The user acknowledges: (a) that it is technically impossible to provide the website free of faults and that PCPA does not undertake to do so; (b) that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of the website; (c) that the operation of the website may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside PCPA's control.

The user acknowledges that some of the information, for example software, is supplied to PCPA (directly and indirectly) by third parties, and accordingly PCPA can offer no warranty of whatever nature in relation to such information. Use of the website/indemnification

The user acknowledges that PCPA has no control over the nature or content of information or programs transmitted or received by the user using the website and that PCPA does not examine in any way the use to which the user puts the website. The user agrees to fully indemnify PCPA against any claims or legal proceedings arising in connection with user's use of the website which are brought or threatened against PCPA by any other person.
User Data
PCPA reserves the right to include the name, address and other relevant information relating to the user in a directory for the use of PCPA and its communications agency Pharmacomm Ltd, unless specifically requested by the user in writing not to do so. PCPA cannot guarantee the security or privacy of the website and any information or communication to or from the website by the user.
Changes to the terms and conditions
PCPA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by placing a note of such change in this file and the user's continued use of the website following notice of such change shall be deemed to be the user's acceptance of any such change. It is the user's responsibility to check this file regularly to determine whether this contract has been changed.
