Graham Stretch
PCPA President - Partner Argyle GP - Lead Pharmacist Ealing Community Partners
As President of the PCPA, Graham is passionate about developing and promoting the role of pharmacy professionals in general practice and PCN at a local and national level.
Graham has practiced in Primary Care for more than two decades, developing an interest in deploying pharmacy teams with full skill mix from trainees to advanced practitioners across general practice, PCN, care homes and community. Training and research are at the heart of Graham's work.
Although he practices as a generalist, Graham is best known for innovative work with older people in various care settings, particularly those with dementia or at end of life.

Paresh Parmar
Lead Pharmacist Care of Older People and Stroke, Northwick Park Hospital
Paresh is the lead pharmacist for Stroke and Care of Older People at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. He has extensive experience in primary and secondary care, having worked in the UK, Canada and South Africa in various pharmacy roles.
Paresh has been involved with national guidance committees, including NCEPOD, NHS RightCare (Frailty) and NICE (Stroke, Clopidogrel testing). He leads the PAN London Hyper Acute Stroke Pharmacy group in London. He is actively involved in the education and training across care settings to multidisciplinary teams on managing stroke, polypharmacy, frailty, palliative care, and medication optimisation to dysphagic patients.
