1. Terms & Conditions Background

Only information from thoroughly vetted partners will be shared with you by PCPA and Pharmacomm Ltd.

This information may be presented to you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: customised emails and information within clinical bulletin emails, and will be tailored to your profile based on the interests you have indicated. You acknowledge and agree that by registering and joining the PCPA website, we may share your basic contact information with third parties. We will not use this information for marketing but rather to make sure that our systems and those of our suppliers are in sync so that we can provide you with the services you have chosen.

You should cease using the Website right away if you do not wish to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Any professionals who may be in direct or indirect rivalry with PCPA and/or Pharmacomm Ltd may be denied membership, and we have the right to withdraw membership when we think it necessary.

Account

Refers to the user's personal data and login credentials used to access any communications system OR services on the website.

Content

Any text, graphics, pictures, audio, video, software, data compilations, and other types of information that can be stored in a computer that appear on or are a part of this website are referred to as "Content".

Refers to any network infrastructure for online communications that we may make accessible through the Website, now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, emails, email links, PCPA Telegram platforms, discussion boards, forums, blogs, live chat features, photo/media and file sharing systems, and web-based email and private messaging systems.

User and Users

The terms "User" and "Users" refer to any third party using the website who is not affiliated with us and is not acting in the course of their job.

Refers to the username and password you chose when registering to use the website.

5. Use of PCPA and Pharmacomm Ltd Facilities

7.2 By creating an account and becoming a member of the i2i Network, you are accepting promotion that may be funded and sponsored by pharmaceutical or other industry partners. The funding, communications and content of the training, mailers, resources or other information may or may not be promotional in nature; declarations on communications, resources and educational materials will explicitly state the nature of the funding.

7.2 You consent to promotional funding and sponsorship by pharmaceutical or other industry partners by registering an account and joining PCPA and Pharmacomm Ltd. Training, mailers, resources, and other information's funding, communications, and content may or may not be promotional in nature; declarations on communications, resources, and educational materials will expressly identify the funding's nature.

7.3 We promise to make every effort to deliver the Services with appropriate skill and care.

8. Data Privacy

The UK Data Protection Act of 1998 and other relevant data privacy legislation will be followed in the storage and processing of all personal data.  Please be aware that PCPA and Pharmacomm Ltd, may need to keep or release your data in order to abide by any applicable laws or regulations, including those set forth by sponsors, partners, or other third parties.

9.1 We make no warranty or representation that the Website will satisfy your needs, be of satisfactory quality, be fit for a particular purpose, not violate anyone else's rights, be compatible with all systems, be secure, or that all information provided will be correct and up-to-date. We don't promise any particular outcomes from using our service(s).

9.2 Content is made available with the goal of assisting you in comprehending your legal responsibilities as clinicians and acting in accordance with your own personal indemnity coverage. 12.1 Including any indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary losses resulting from the use of the website or any of the data on it. The use of the website and its content is at the risk of the user, by accepting these conditions, this is considered the user is informed of this.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for any personal harm brought on by our negligence. All event venues will carry their own insurance.

12.3 Even though every attempt has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions strictly comply with the applicable provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act of 1977, in the event that any of these terms are determined to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This condition only applies in places where a certain phrase is prohibited.

Any party's failure to exercise a right or remedy provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right or remedy.

14. Previous Terms and Condition

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the terms of these Terms and Conditions shall govern any inconsistency between them and any earlier versions thereof.

Any and all notices or messages must be sent to us by email or postal mail to our offices. If the notification is sent via first-class mail, it will be declared received three days after posting, on the day of sending if it is fully received on a business day, and on the following business day if it is sent on a weekend or holiday.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

Both Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and that the law of England and Wales shall govern these terms and conditions and our relationship with you.
