Implementing the CVD MSF: Action Plan for General Practice Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
Navigating the 12 national priorities and CVKM risk clusters
Date: Tuesday 21st July
Time: 1-2pm
Following the publication of NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care’s new Cardiovascular disease (CVD) modern service framework (MSF): a cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic approach, this webinar will explore what the framework means for general practice.
The session will offer practical insight into how general practice can respond to the new strategic vision and support delivery of improved outcomes for patients at risk of, or living with, cardiovascular disease.
