The PCPA Excellence in General Practice Pharmacy Awards are open to all pharmacy professionals working in or with general practice across the United Kingdom.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an emerging leader, if your work has made a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear your story.

If you're nominating someone else you must inform the nominee that they have been nominated.

Our independent judging panel will be looking for nominations that clearly demonstrate:

• Outstanding patient care and measurable impact
• Innovation that has improved services or outcomes
• Leadership that has inspired colleagues or transformed practice
• Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Sustainable improvements that can be shared across the profession

Strong nominations include clear examples, measurable outcomes and evidence of the difference made.

The PCPA Excellence in General Practice Pharmacy Awards culminate in our online Celebration Evening, where we come together as a profession to recognise and celebrate the incredible achievements of pharmacy professionals across the UK.

Join us as we announce the Highly Commended recipients and Award Winners in each category, hear from our judges, and celebrate the outstanding work taking place in General Practice Pharmacy.

As this is the official awards ceremony, shortlisted nominees are expected to attend wherever possible to celebrate alongside fellow finalists and colleagues. We therefore ask that anyone submitting a nomination is able to join us on the evening should they be shortlisted.  So please do save the date now!
