Regional Vice President - London and S.E and Lead PCN senior pharmacist
Nipa works as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Lead PCN Pharmacist based in Surrey and has a special interest in Respiratory, CVD, Heart failure, Osteoporosis and CKD. She also has extensive experience working in community pharmacy, hospital and CCG roles. She is a Royal College of Pharmacy Regional Ambassador for South East.
Nipa has a passion for training and education and teaches on the Propharmace Foundation pharmacists NHSE program. In addition, teaches on the CPPE PCPEP program as well as post graduate courses at University. She was a NHS Core20PLUS5 ambassador in 2024 and won the Excellence in General Practice Pharmacy award at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress (CPC) 2023.
Wendy Dadeboe
Regional Ambassador and Primary Care Pharmacist
Wendy Dadeboe, qualified in 2021. I am a London-based primary care pharmacist who also locums in community on Saturdays.
I served on the British Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (BPSA) Executive for three years and have been awarded an Honorary Life Member for my work on EDI. I currently chair the BPSA’s EDI committee and forum. I am passionate about providing high-quality person-centred care to all patients, and also highlighting the amazing opportunities within pharmacy.
Dhiren Dayal
PCPA Regional Ambassador - London and S.E - Advanced Clinical Pharmacist
Dhiren is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in general practice in North East London, with experience across community, hospital and out-of-hours care. He is passionate about improving outcomes for patients with long-term conditions, particularly Children and Young People and tackling health inequalities linked to air pollution.
He is CYP Asthma Champion for Essex ICB, supporting teams to identify high-risk patients and improve service delivery. Previously, he served as a Cardiovascular Clinical Lead, contributing to service development and clinical leadership.
Dhiren is committed to education and workforce development, supporting foundation pharmacists through their training programmes. His clinical interests include respiratory and cardiovascular disease, long term conditions and polypharmacy.
Nationally, he has contributed to respiratory education with the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education, is ARTP-accredited in spirometry, and is active in the respiratory community (PCRS and BTS). He also serves as Chair of the Asthma + Lung UK Council of Healthcare Professionals.
Bhavik Joshi
PCPA London and SE Regional Ambassador - Chief Pharmacist Isleworth Practice
Bhavik Joshi, is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in primary care and independent prescribing. Holding an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, he has contributed to national steering groups for assessment frameworks and introduced innovative training methods to build clinical confidence.
Passionate about pharmacy education, Bhavik focuses on evidence-based
teaching and mentorship. He remains committed to advancing pharmacy
practice and supporting fellow professionals.
