Minesh Parbat

PCPA West Midlands Vice President and ICS Chief Pharmacist

Minesh has worked in senior leadership positions within the NHS and has ledon medicines optimisation projects both strategically and operationally. He is currently ICS Chief Pharmacist for NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB and has a keen interest in organisational development and collaborative working.

Minesh practised as an independent prescribing pharmacist in long-term conditions clinics and structured medication reviews in GP practice for over 10 years. 

Minesh has supported various academic institutions as a visiting lecturer to engage students in research projects and audit initiatives. He has served on a number of national  and local pharmacy-related committees to support the progression of the pharmacy profession and has a keen interest in leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion across various healthcare professions.

Rosalyne Payne

PCPA Regional Ambassador and Head of additional roles workforce, clinical pharmacy ambassador

Having worked in community pharmacy for over 20 years, Rosalyne moved to primary care 12 years ago to join the care home teams at a CCG, where she undertook her prescribing in frailty.

She moved to work for a GP federation 5 years ago, where she now leads the clinical pharmacy workforce 5 PCNs in Coventry.

She is the Clinical Pharmacy Ambassador for Coventry & Warwickshire training Hub, supporting pharmacist training and education, whilst advocating for their role with PCN leads.
