Robin Conibere

Robin Conibere is a Practice Pharmacist at Beacon Medical Group, a large Group Practice in Plymouth and Devon. He has worked for the practice for 18 months and conducts clinics as part of the Urgent Care Team (with a GP, an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner and a Nurse Practitioner) to help manage "on the day workload" for the Group.
He is an independent prescriber and also helps manage patients with long term conditions and Polypharmacy issues. Robin has a background in Community Pharmacy and is keen to integrate with all pharmacy sectors to improve patient care. Beacon Medical Group are a large Innovative Group of Practices who are looking to explore new ways of working in General Practice to provide better patient care and have recently been announced as a Primary Care Home Rapid Test Site.
Katie Norris
PCPA Regional Ambassador - SW | Lead Pharmacist
Katie works as both a practice-based pharmacist and PCN pharmacist for Symphony Healthcare, a large primary care organisation that holds contracts for 17 GP surgeries across 22 sites in the Devon and Somerset area.
She works within a pharmacy team that supports the multidisciplinary team in frailty reviews and medicines safety. She considers herself to be a 'jack of all trades' rather than having an interest in one specific clinical area.
She worked in community pharmacy from the age of 15 and qualified as a pharmacist in 2015. In 2019, she moved into a PCN role and has completed both the CPPE PCPEP course and qualified as an independent prescriber.
John Digman - PCPA Regional Ambassador - SW | Lead Clinical Pharmacist
John is the Lead Clinical Pharmacist at Frome Medical Practice in Somerset. He has experience of working in community, hospital, and primary care sectors. John enjoys the variety of general practice, but particularly enjoys seeing patients with cardio-renal-metabolic disorders (Hypertension, CKD, HF, CVD, Obesity etc). John also enjoys teaching and training.
